this high-tech finish for your wood.) AC paint absorbed inside wood through high temperature

2) With our wholesale price, you will pay 50%-80% less than you may spend to purchase in a local
retail store.
3) You could design and build up the kitchen of your dream without drawing a big number budget
Q: How does the price work?
A: The price of square footage is for your reference only. The final estimate will be provided according to actual
material you are using in the kitchen. But don't worry about it right now? Wait till you see the price, and be ready
to be surprise :)
Q: How long does it take for order pick-up or delivery?
A: Usually, it takes 2-3 days for us to get everything ready to pick-up or ship out. It takes 3-10 business days for
orders deliver by trucking company. In the case of some sizes out-of-stock, we will contact you for reasonable
design revise, or approximate restock period for your consideration. We will try our best to fulfill your order, while
we would appreciate your understanding and cooperation on possible design revision. Featured cabinets will be
available upon stock situation. Stock condition change every day, it is a good idea for you to confirm your order
2-3 weeks in advance. Orders will begin to process upon 50% deposit or full fund receipt. ( You could pay 50%
to order hold of your order, and inform approximate delivery time. The remaining balance will be due upon we
confirm order complete and ready to pick-up or ship. But, a full-fund payment will speed up your order
procedure, esp. for long-distant customers.)
Q: Are the ends of the cabinets finished?
A: Yes. Ends of cabinets are finished (We will supply side panels to cover the sides if color of side panels are
different from face panel. This option is applicable for maple and beech material. For Oak material, the side
panel and face panel are the same.
Q: Are the insides of the cabinet finished in some way for ease of cleaning?
A. Yes. Some of the products finished with clean maple wood veneer, some of the cabinets finished with
matching paint to face color.
Q: What type of drawer glides are used, and how many pounds can the drawers hold?
A. Different cabinet will come with different features. Please make sure you find the picture on each individual
page for drawer gliders. Standard drawer glides are made of regular steel metal and painted in milk white to
keep clean and anti-rust. Some cabinets come with full-extension ball bearing guides; Some come with anti-slam
steel guides, and our new Oneil series come with Blum(C) with blumotion guides with life time warranty.
For weight that drawers could hold, honestly, we did not test it. But I could tell you the drawer frames are made of
1/2 inch solid wood and the bottom panel is made of 9mm thickness of plywood (Wall cabinet layer panel made
of 5/8 inch thickness of plywood --That is 9 layers of plywood). No particle board or veneer, laminate are used at
any part of our cabinets. Layers of plywood is the most durable design by now. If you find out layers with particle
board and plywood combined design could hold up to 70 pounds. I believe our drawers/layers could hold at least
120 pounds?
Q: Are "pots & pan" drawers available (a 30" and 36" with 4 drawers).
A. Pots and pan drawers available at 30" or 36". 30" available at 4 drawers (limited quantity in stock); 36"
available in 1 drawer on top, and 2 drawers in he bottom (covered with 2 regular face base panel doors)
Q: Are "Lazy Susan" base corner cabinets available?
A. Lazy Susan base corner cabinet is Available all the time. We will adjust the size according to your kitchen at
36"x 36", 33"x 33" or even 42" x 42" (limited quantity in stock) .
Q: What type of corner wall/base cabinets are available?
A.. Corner wall cabinets are available in diagonal with solid door or window frame (WDC2430, WDC2436,
WDC2442); blind wall corner available at 24"-27" ; Base corner cabinets are available at 42"-45", 36"-39". We do
not recommend to use 36-39" base corner, except you have to fit the limited space.
Q: Is there any long-term warranty on these cabinets?
A. We have limited lift-time warranty for manufacture defect, damage and exchange. For more detailed
information, please check our terms and condition for details.
Q: Do you have a cabinet list? Can you send me a price list?
A: Re: Cabinet List -- The cabinet list is available on each main webpate for each cabinet style we offer. The
inventory sample could show what we usually carry. Please note inventory changes all the time, and we cannot
guarrantee instock until we pull it out and reserve it for you.
Re: Price List -- Sorry. We could not release our complete price list to public. We have to protect benefit of our
wholesaler, distributor, contractor and sales reps. If you are interested to be our distributor in your area, please
fax your company's information and we will send you an application kit as distributor. While, because we are
direct cabinet importer, you could ensure that our price could beat any one on the market for the same level of

Q: Does the glass frame cabinets come with glass? Does cabinet knobs included in the package?
A: Most of glass frame does not come with glass. But some of them do. Please contact for details.
Knobs are not included in the quote. But we do have limited choice available for purchase. Please ask.
Q: I went to your website to see some different styles offered there. If you have any more styles,
please send them.
A: Re: Styles --We do have limited instock cabinets available for quick purchase. But, if you could not find the
cabinet you want, please feel free to let ask for a special order request. We do customize cabinet under "Oneil
brand" line, and all the cabinets will featured with 5/8" plywood box and blumotion (BLUMc) drawer guides.
Q: I am in Arlington ,VA. Per your information, you're saying it'll cost $500 or less to ship -- is that
correct?
A: Re: Shipping -- The flat shipping rate to commercial address is $300.00. Please add $65 for residential
delivery and $100 for liftgate service. If you have tall cabinets in your order, we will recommend to use liftgate
service. And if you do not have tall cabinets in the order, and you will have helper on site to unload the cabinet
one of one, you can save the $100 liftgate charge. Please note delivery charge is based on delivery on
roadside/curbside.
Q: Can I purchase parts only (such as face panel, doors, drawer face panel), or wine rack, plate rack,
spice rack, i.e.those featured cabinets only?
A: Per your first question, we are sorry to let you know that we do not have separate parts for sale. And please
note, even if you place an special order and wait 1-2 month to get from our manufactures, the cost of the face
panels will be very close to the cost of the complete cabinet. Because, for the whole cabinets, the face
panels/doors are all made of solid wood and the cost is more than 70% of the whole cabinet, other parts of the
cabinets made of 6-9 layers of plywood. They are made to be durable and cost-effective.
Per your second question, please note all the featured cabinets are stock for request from individual customers
who want to remodel their complete kitchen. Therefore, we have to keep standard stock for their premier
request. If you confirm your order, and we have high stock inventory of spice rack, plate rack, wine rack etc, we
would like to help you out. While, if you are helping yourself or your customer to remodel a whole kitchen, its
always a good idea to consider purchase the complete whole set. It won't be too expansive and it's very nice to
have a new kitchen from inside to outside, instead of only change the face. A lot of our contractor do this in a
very success way.
